1. How can I search for items on the website?

Type it into the search box at the top of any page and select the magnifying glass to search for it.

Or, to browse through what's available, select a product from the shop.

2. Where can I find your size guide?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly, so we have size guides available on most of our product pages to help you find the perfect fit.

Just scroll down until you get the 'Size Chart' section on each product page – everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.

 

3. What are your care instructions?

  • Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
  • Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organize into whites, darks and colours.
  • The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you're unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.
  • Rinse swimwear immediately after use and do not wring.
  • Turn garments inside out before washing.

4. Can you give me more information about your products?

There's a section on each product page just below the images where you can find details on the material and any sizing information such as whether the style or brand fits true to size.

 

If you can't find the information you're looking for and the item you're looking to order, we'd recommend you to contact us through sending a email for further details.

5. How to writing a review?

Once you’ve received your order, you’ll receive an email from us with link(s) to review the product(s) you bought.

 

Depending on the product, you’ll be asked a few questions about the sizing and quality. You can also describe your own experience in a few words. Don’t forget to give the product an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.

Order Issues:

1. How long will it take to have my order sent to me?

Each product has an estimated shipping delivery as mentioned in shipping method. This estimate will be displayed at checkout and you can check your estimated delivery window by going to your order history. You will also receive a confirmation email one day after your order is placed with these time frames.

 

We will send you an email once your item has been dispatched and if we anticipate delays.

2. Did my purchase go through successfully??

If your order is placed successfully, you will be receive an email that says you have successfully purchased.

3. Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders in certain instances. Please contact customer service as soon as you can to see if this is possible.

4. I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

 

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Find more information on returns here. please get in touch with our Customer Care team as we'd be happy to help.

5. I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

If you've received something you haven't ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.

Shipping & Returns:

1. Can I pick my order up?

Unfortunately, our dispatch has limited accessibility so we are unable to facilitate collections.

2. What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Someone should be home when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once. And we will try to contact you in prior to delivery to make sure that product delivered right person.

3. How do I make a return?

4. Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchange for variation of color and sizes because we place orders post-sale for exactly what has sold, we do not hold any extra stock for exchanges.

5. My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry you have received a damaged item, please get in touch with us at info@eacybi.com and we will get this resolved for you as quick as we can.

Payment:

1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order couldn't be easier, simply follow these steps.

  1. Click Add to cart to place the item you want to buy in your bag.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag icon to view the items in your bag and to pay. This will appear on the top right hand side of the screen. If you're happy with the items in your cart, click Checkout.
  3. Enter your email address and password or if you're a new customer, register now. You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.
  4. Review and confirm the items in your order.
  5. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.
  6. Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

2. How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, JCB, Discover, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer

3. When will I be charged for my order?

The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.

 

  • If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
  • If you've selected one of our Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, you'll be sent an invoice within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your invoice will include details of when payment is due.
  • If you choose to pay via your ideal account, you will be charged at the point of sale.

If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and we'll email to let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.

 

Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorized, it may look as if Eacybi has taken the money due to some card issuers placing a hold on your account for a short period.

4. What currencies can I use to place an order?

You can pay using various currencies depending on whether you're shopping from Sri Lanka or outside of Sri Lanka.

5. What currency will I be charged in?

When you come to pay for your order, you'll be charged in the currency you have selected. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you're purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.
