Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are Not Accepted If,
  • You change your mind
  • Your circumstances change
  • You find cheaper products elsewhere.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for a if you received the product damaged only. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges.
